About Staunch

We focus on (international and domestic) arbitration and high-stakes litigation before the Dutch courts. In addition, we are routinely consulted on strategies to avoid litigation and to mitigate litigation risk. The firm’s partners previously worked for top-tier full service law firms. They founded STAUNCH to focus on what they enjoy most and do best: resolving disputes and delivering top-notch advocacy. Combining expertise and experience with decisive action.

At STAUNCH we do not staff large teams, in practice often resulting in little partner involvement and most of the hours charged spent by junior lawyers with little experience. Instead we prefer working in small teams with substantial partner involvement from start to finish.

We favour fee arrangements where pricing is not, or not merely, based on hours spent, but on real value added. With many clients we agree on outcome-based pricing and we would be pleased to discuss an appropriate fee arrangement for your matter.
